Designed in partnership with the new American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers, the KI showroom at NeoCon 2005 features areas dedicated to patient, nursing and family environments. The display makes use of modular components that provide increased flexibility and allow for easy modifications for growth and technology changes. In addition, a new seating collection for healthcare environments will be unveiled as well as the new Three Sleeper Recliner by AGI.

In an historic step that marks the emergence of healthcare interior design as a distinct and recognized profession, the 50 founding members of the new American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID) will be inducted into the organization in a ceremony at NeoCon.

This new professional organization is dedicated to establishing standards of professional training, excellence, experience and examinations for advanced certification for designers working in the complex field of healthcare interior design.
